I accept payments through PayPal invoice only. My commission prices are in USD. Be ready to send me your PayPal email for an invoice.
payments are to be paid in full before I start any commission, invoices are to be paid within 24hrs of being sent otherwise I will dismiss your commission until you are able to pay.
Your spot in the queue is determined by payment order.I do not do refunds after payment.
If the money has been paid without the cardholder's knowledge, e.g If a child has taken a parent/caregiver's card or a stolen card. I am not responsible. You will not get a refund. I will complete the commissioned piece as paid for.Payments are final. I do not do Change of mind refunds, make sure you want and can afford this commission.
Only exception to refund are if I deem I cannot complete your commission. A refund will be given based on progress already made and any sketches/work completed up to that point will be passed on to the commissioner. You are not to initiate a refund, I will contact you regarding refunds should there be the need to issue one.PROCESS
Once payment is made I will begin your commission in order of my queue. I will start on a sketch and send it to you for approval. The sketching phase is the time to suggest any changes you would like to your commission, if you are not happy with it, please let me know!
Once you approve of the sketch I will move onto lining, I’ll send over for another update. This will be the last chance to make minor changes if needed, anything major may incur an additional working fee.
Once approved I will colour and shade if required. I’ll send the flats and finished file for final approval. Please if there is anything wrong do let me know, once you approve of the final piece, changes can no longer be made!Upon completion, you will receive a HQ png file via email or discord.

I require clear references, preferably a toyhou.se profile or clear quality reference. I understand instagram degrades the quality of an image so I may ask for the files to be emailed to me. if the images are not clear I may request a clearer reference otherwise the commission request will be passed (I only ask this as I do not want to incorrectly portray your character or pet in the wrong way, leaving you dissatisfied with the outcome)
I rather not draw your character from a painted or shaded ref. it becomes too hard to interpret the characters design and I do not want to interpret your character wrong. if you would really like your character drawn from a painted reference sheet, this may incur an additional working fee.Pet photos are ok however, I paint them directly from reference photos, I require clear photos with good lighting as this will effect the outcome of your portrait.I will also require a preferred pose or expression you would like. All this information will need to be given to me upon you requesting a commission from me, if no pose or expression is given, I will draw what I think suits. Please know what you want, do not wait for me to ask you.TURN AROUND TIME
My turn around time can vary, it may be 1-5 days, 1-4 weeks or even up to 2 months! All dependant on life and art queue.
I have a life outside of art, I have a job and other responsibilities to attend to. I will get the art piece done, all depending on my living situation. Please do not rush me, I will work when I can and majority of the time it is completed at a relatively fast pace. Updates will be sent to you, I feel it's only fair that you have full knowledge of where your paid piece is up to, should I take a longer duration of time.

YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO- trace, copy, reproduce or sell my art for any reason. you MAY post the art piece with credit leading back to my instagram, toyhouse or deviantart account.

Starting fee for commercial use is 100% of costing price for your commission!You’re welcome to use the commission in any personal way! payments are to be made upfront and within 24hours (unless discussed otherwise) - this applies for all flat sale and auctions. failure to do so without proper reasoning will result in the YCH or adopt going to NIL or the previous bidder.You are not allowed to copy or reference off my designs.
You are allowed to alter the original design to your liking, whether that be minor or major or even species changes, just be sure original design credit goes to me.I require all my designs to be kept on toyhou.se!You are not allowed to profit off my designs. you may not sell the design for more that bought for unless more artworks are added. you are not allowed to use my designs commercially without conversing with myself @Visxon about it first!…I do not tolerate rude and uncalled for behaviour.
